Court record review software
Court records, read and organized.
Record Reviewer helps people seeking a pardon understand their record, organize their documents, and prepare their pardon application. Court documents become a plain-language timeline and summary, with a page citation behind every finding.
See the screens Licensing and trialsHow it works
From a stack of documents to a clear report
A pardon application starts with knowing exactly what is on the record. Organizations add a client's court documents, then walk through the review one step at a time, so the person understands their record and the application is built on solid information.
-
Extract text and check quality
Every page is read and rated for how legible it is, so you know early if a scan is too poor to rely on.
-
Build a timeline
Documents are grouped by case and put in order, so the history of each case reads from start to finish.
-
Read the summary
Convictions, sentences and gaps in the record are written up in plain language, ready to review and download.
-
Expungement check Optional
Flag charges that may be eligible, so staff know where to look more closely.

What a review looks like
These screens use the software's own look, shown with a fictional test case that is built into it. No real person's record appears on this page.
Work through a report, step by step
Each step shows its state. Documents get a readability rating, and the timeline groups what happened by year and month, with links back to the source documents.

Built for careful work
A review aid that shows its sources
Court records are high stakes. Record Reviewer is designed so a person can always check the work.
Page citations
Results point back to the pages they came from, so a reviewer can verify any item in seconds.
Gaps are shown, not hidden
When the record is unclear or incomplete, the report says so instead of guessing.
Separate by organization
Each organization sees only its own clients, documents and results.
People stay in charge
Meant for attorneys and trained staff. AI can be wrong, and every result is there to be reviewed.
